Send documents and messages to your own customers.
Each patient gets their own lab report. Each client gets their own invoice or statement of what is due. People who know your business get your notice. OML Send sends exactly what you prepared, to the numbers you gave, slowly, one message at a time.
How it works
Pair the number your business uses with its customers, with a QR code or a pairing code. Messages go out from it, in your name.
Type or import your list (Excel, CSV or text). Every number is checked to be a mobile. Attach each person's own file, or write one message for many, with up to three versions.
Each PDF that holds text is read to look for the person's ID and name; pictures and scanned PDFs you check yourself. A second person can approve. After Start there is a short time to cancel at no cost (10 minutes unless you change it); then messages go out slowly, one at a time, with live counts.
1 to 1: a laboratory sends each patient their report, a business each client their invoice. PDFs can be locked with the person's ID.
1 to many: a notice or an offer to people who know your business and agreed to hear from you, with or without one PDF or picture, and a STOP line to opt out.
Your campaign data is deleted after sending
Each campaign's people, numbers, names, IDs, texts and files are deleted 24 hours after it ends (or as soon as it ends, or at once with Wipe now). Until then they are stored encrypted with a key of their own, kept apart and left out of our backups: deleting the key makes what is left on our server and in our backups unreadable. We keep the counts for your bill and your do-not-send list. Privacy and your data.
Prices
In Mauritian rupees. One message is one text, with or without one file. You pay only for messages that go out: numbers not on WhatsApp, failures and anything cancelled come back to your credit. Bought messages can be used for 12 months.
Good to know before you start
You send from your own WhatsApp number and remain responsible for your lists, the consent of the people you send to and what you send. WhatsApp's terms do not allow automatic sending from a normal account without its permission, and WhatsApp can block or limit a number that does it, at any volume: you could lose WhatsApp on that number. We send slowly, but we cannot promise a number will not be blocked. Read the terms before you start.
